WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY PASSWORD RECOVERY EMAIL?
After requesting the password recovery email, it could take atleast 15 minutes for the email to arrive.
If it doesn't show up, though, please follow the steps below:- First, please check whether you entered your email address correctly. You can try the form again by clicking here.
- If that doesn't work, it may mean that the password recovery email we tried to send you was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email system. Try checking your Spam or Bulk Mail folders to see if the email ended up in there. You can also add support@delirious.co.uk to your email program's address book and then request another password assistance email.
- A final possibility is that the account creation process didn't successfully finish. You can check that it's finished by clicking here and trying to signup again. If you're told that a user already exists with that email address, you'll know for sure that the account has already been created.
