Saved at 16yrs old but fell away until 36yrs old. What a waste of time those years were!! Drugs, abusive relationships, the dark side of so much 'life', huge on heavy rock and the carnal music scene. Ended up with an empty life only full of dark depression, SIN, loneliness in a crowd and doubts about who I was and whether there was any meaning to my existence. JESUS came to me when I began searching the dark cosmos for meaning. HE lifted me out of the miry clay that held me down and soiled my useless life and gave me meaning and fulfilment and love and power to be what He always knew I could and would be!!! Praise His mighty and everlastingly gracious and merciful Name. Every soul needs a Saviour!! Love Delirious and thank our Lord for filling them with music and words that have spoken to my spirit and heart over the years. Thankyou Delirious for listening, hearing and obeying God's direction and inspiration!! See you all in the Rapture!!! You guys out there who haven't made up your minds yet, don't leave your decision as long as I did and waste precious time to be in Bliss!!

Well... first, I'm not practice my english so much time ago, so maybe you can find some mistakes, just forgive me for them.

Ok. In the 2000 year, when I become in a christian faith, one of the most hardest changes in my life was the music. I love the music, I'm pretend to be a musician. And I was thinking christian music sound a little bored, I like the anthems, but nothing is better than rock for me. But when I hear Delirious? for a very first time, that idea dies. I learn its possible to praise and to sing to God with a modern and not "religious" style. Thank you Delirious?.

Since that year, I sing every one of your songs, they has been my company in my happy times, my sad times and my dreamy times. They has been an instrument for me to share the bless of the Jesus Blood to all my friends. Now, I'm a Leader in my Church, Mision Carismatica Internacional [maybe your heard about it ;)...], and your melodies and lyrics still working in my heart, like "Now is the time", a song than inspire me every time I preach about the God's Love and His purpose for our lives.

Now, you take a new way... each one by your side. And I pray for the most greatest blessing from heaven over your lives, your families and your projects.

At the end... (of my post!).... I just want to say you: THANK YOU DELIRIOUS?!.... thanks for hear the Father God's voice and give it to us in every song. In this moment I feeling like my eyes turn some little wet.... maybe I can't see you in live again (what a wonderful shows you made in Bogota, Colombia!!!), but your music always will be in our hearts.

Thanks again... and GOD ALWAYS BLESS YOU!!!!!

I remember when I was around 13 or so hearing the my first Delirious song "Deeper". I was intriqued by their sound because there was nothing like it at the time in Christian music. I was just beginning as a musician leading worship for my youth group at the time. "Cutting Edge" became my library for praise songs and probably overplayed "Not Ashamed" and "Did you feel the mountains tremble inspired by the "Live and in the Can" recording. When I bought Mezzamorphis it was transforming in Christian music at the time. I saw them 3 times in New Orleans and I think they have been my all time favorite Christian Band. They were very influential in my early years as a musician and worship leader. I basically cut my teeth on their music.

I grew up listening to the wonderful music delirious? made so naturally when I heard that you were breaking up I was heartbroken. Songs like "Deeper" and "God You Are My God" really moved my heart and encouraged me to pursue more Christian music. I even accepted Christ while listening to one of your songs. I hope that one day you will reunite to keep making beautiful music and continue to reach people all over the world. You have always, literally, always been in my life and you will dearly missed. God changed my life through your music. I love you guys and are praying that God's blessing be upon you. Thank you.
